This must've been a bad day.

Back in the Day, when I was young, I used to write only happy songs.

But now I've been around and I've found that it's not as great as Back in the Day.

Back in the Day, when I was great, I used to write about sunny days.

But now I've been around and I've found that it's much more gray, than Back in the Day!

I'm so happy, I'm as happy as can be.

Back in the Day, what can I say? I stood a chance, but that's so far away.

'Cause now I've been around and I've found that I just can't stay Back in the Day.
